Let Go of the things you can’t control, of the anger, and the comparisons, the hurt and resentment – these things affect you more than anyone else and stop you from growing and moving forward.
Forgive those who you “think” have made you angry and realize perhaps you allowed them to have that effect on you. Be thankful you can learn from the lessons.
Be grateful for all that you have. Step back and look at the big picture…what really matters in the world? Everyone is faced with their own set of challenges and rarely would you choose someone else’s! We are so fortunate to have all that we have. If you are reading this, it means you have access to a computer / smart phone / electricity / wifi… that you are able to read or hear if someone else is reading it, or communicate… live your life with an attitude of gratitude.
Keep it Simple. Life is simple yet we complicate it for some reason. Look at your life and see how you might be able to eliminate something to simplify life just a little. Set some goals to de-clutter your life.
Trust Yourself. Listen to your gut instinct. Think with your feelings instead of always trying to rationalize everything. If you feel it, trust it!
